TRAINING SERVICES FOR ALL SPORTS

Sprint Training

  • Individual instruction and feedback

  • Sport specific conditioning drills

  • Proper running mechanics

  • Improved running skills and attitude

Clinics: Speed and Quickness Training

  • Learn the basics of track as well as more advanced techniques for the inexperienced athlete

  • Develop first step quickness and conditioning (for all ages for both boys and girls)

  • Develop proper motor mechanics and mental preparation for sports

  • Individual and group onsite training available

Basketball Training

  • Learn power jumping, jump shooting and ball intensity to improve performance.
